Box Canyon of the Hussayumpa (Wickenburg)

So Jimmy and I took off this AM to check out Box Canyon of the Hussy up North of Wickenburg...

We found where we were going off of 93 and aired down a bit....

Then headed noth in the riverbottom towards the canyon...Jimmy got chased by a dog...he ran after his Jeep for a 1/4 mile!! LOL..

Found some rocks to play on all over the place...

then came the cool part....

and then into the canyon...

then played in a few areas outside the canyon before turning around...

Then back thru Wickenburg and dropped back into the riverbottom at Gates rd headed south down to Sun valley Pkwy...had a great time...real cool area to explore...

Ah yes. Box. There are some awesome 4+ Rock crawlin trails up there....:)

When I used to live there I hit some of them on my old sportsman 500 before i had the jeep. Went back a while a go when i first got my jeep and couldnt find my way back to them. Joe ill have to follow you out sometime and have you show me them.

Think out by the 3rd crossing......:D If you really lived there, then you should know where I am talking about.:D I lived there for about 2 years with a buddy. Living in Wickenburg I think is what made me like beer......:)

Hey Brad, just got back from the San Diego Zoo and saw your PM. Sorry I missed this trip. Looks like fun, playing in the water. Might get some of the mud from Lower Terminator off HYJAK. Is this the route you want to take back from the Wickenburg parade?
