Not sure of the specific degree but a little low at ride height is good so that when under load it becomes dead-on . Every axle and lift is different so draw your amaginary line from pinion to T/C out-put and keep it just slightly below straight .BUT do not turn front axle passed 3 degrees on knuckle or you will develope your death wobble . If it's driveable run down to Wheelers and have one of the guys take a look , they will know if you need to change it or not.

Complex question and no facts. That said, generally speaking, more or less you are going to want your pinion angle up not higher than abou 16 degrees on the rear axle.

You will want the pinion-DS angle about minus 1-2 degrees less than "0" or straight to keep the vibes away.

As for the front, it is gonna be about minus 1 degree less than "0" DS/pinion.

In the case of the front, remember that caster will take precedent over pinion angle.

The answer to this question depends also on what type of joint is at the t-case. If your running dbl. cardons then typically you want the pinion pointing right up the driveshaft to the output from the t-case...but in reality, yes it should be pointed slightly down when your rig is static.

On the other hand, if your shafts only have a single u-joint at the t-case end, then the pinion should run or point parallel to the t-case outputs so they cancel each other out and you don't get vibes. If it's a "trail only" rig or trailered...having vibes won't really matter cause your not at sustained high speeds.
