I have 1/2 of a 23 spline NP231 from a TJ with an NV3550... The front half with the stock low range planetary gear set. Only has 1500 miles on it. 250 bucks.

If you can find the back half of any 231 t-case with all of the guts. You got yourself a 23 spline NP231.

Well the love went elsewhere.. leonard and Alvin stopped by today and I happily gave Alvin the case.. :D Some friends just don't appreciate the love..... :D
