Most of you may or not be familiar with this trail, but we ran it on Saturday, had a COMPLETE ball, even though I was feeling a bit out of place in the seat of my buggy. Here's a few pics, no good ones of me, I felt it necessary to spare you all that!! Maybe Rachel has a few to post as well...

Somehow that rig suits you. You should see if Barry would sell it to you, or trade you for a "Gently used" Green TJ!!

Might I only wish :D ! That buggy is super fun to drive. I just have to remember each time I get in that it is an AUTOMATIC!
(Thought I'd blow out the carbons for ya Barry).

Great pictures Rachel! 4 or 5 different rear axle setups to scope. And yes, you look a lot better than Barry in that rig! :D

Rachel, the reason Barry let you drive that thing up the big falls, he was afraid... He has been talkin about needing a new winch rope for quite some time. That and what Dsrtjeeper alluded to. I am glad to see you are made it safely. ;) :D

Ya, and Barry had fully prepared me about the winch cable before I did the climb. We had two cables on me in the front just in case. No worries.
He was just too lazy to walk back down the fall to get in his own rig. :D

I may have looked better driving, but when I rode passenger and he couldn't get up the first fall, he made me get out........ Then got right up after.... What does that say??? Ha Ha! (I think it was the manifold Burritos that made the difference)

BTW Bill- Best Burrito I ever ate!:p Yum

More Pics!!

Mike took these (Rufty Tufty) he posted them on another board, thought I'd share them with you here. Mike also pulled some serious winch duty at the top of the waterfall. He also "Donated a ARB line splice to the Bronco. Thanks for all that Mike!

Put it at a 4 to4.5, been lots of rocks stacking on it, should be a 3 by next year. . The wheel has bead locks outer only. The tire is the newest Irok on the market, a 72" x 14.50 x 17.

I figured it for the new competition size of 76"??? :D I think all you guys worked Rachel to a sweat as she's the only one without thermal underwear and a jacket in those last pics.

Actually, Mike, we post everything to tinypics.com then link them here, they aren't on any photo album like Photobucket, or anything. I guess right click and save as off this board.

Thanks for pointing out the link to your site! Geez! You were a busy guy!!

I was doing good just to wheel the trail! :D

Naw, the last waterfall is the easiest obstical on the trail. A stock rig with a winch can drive it:D. Ok, technically you are right. The trail is usually rated by its most difficult obstical, and the S turn and last two falls would give this a 5. I blurted out 4 to 4.5 because it has gotten easier, so now I suppose it would be an easy 5, well maybe.

I think you were using the BTG rating scale there Barry.

Basically X2 therefore = BTG 4 = AZVJC 8 :D

LOL....Mike

No way, Mike. Barry said it was a 4.0-4.5 and that I'd be fine. Never underestimate the power of the D30! ;-)

You guys will both run it with me right? We're only as slow as the slowest vehicle. I'll be glad to help you guys out.

J/K - I know that mofo trail is over my Jeep's capability.

LOl the only thing looks stock on it is the grill and hood. Thats pretty damn far up it. That angle gives it great perspective for its height too!

Frame, dash, motor and other stuff.

Hey, some dimwit suggest a "TJ" made it up No Limits although I turned around that day but they rather ignored the fact that "TJ" had 1 ton axles and 40"+ tires, width, plus stretched a lot while mine is stock at 93.5". So, you know, stock YJ.
