I want to do a trail I did a week ago. It is a big long boulder field that climbs. Many diff grabbers. 33s and F + R locker are a must. You need tow points and should have good body protection.

We can meet at I-10 and Watson right right where the dirt road ends at 9 am. Any questions let me know.

I dont know the name. Right when you drop into the wash to go to TC/firebird/ruler, its on the left. Its not too far off the dirt road. I would like to know the name but I dont.

Sounds like you're talking about Landslide. Basically a long boulder field.

Ya.....I'll pass on that one.

Why are you passing on that one?

Where exactly does the dirt road end? I assume after the pavement ends, then just keep driving and I'll notice? Is it a ways back?

Wildcat455

Mind if I tag along?

I'm thinking about coming along but was curious...how does this trail compare to Ruler?

The pavement ends about a 1/4 mile north from the intersection of I-10 and watson

Its like ruler, a bunch of boulders, but a lot longer. It has a lot of dif grabbers and depending on lines possibility of body damage.

Bringing the CJ...

<Whisper>Who's gonna tell Rachel this is a Rock Garden, her least favorite kind of wheelin'?</Whisper>

If there's time, lets run Ruler afterwards...

Id go but i hate any kinda wheeling that involves rocks, sand, dirt, mud or fresh air..... Ok really ill be at work instead. Making money instead of spending. Of course when rachel actually wheels with the public.. i cant go. Last time it cost me $800 when i missed a chance to wheel.

Bill, Pm'd you bout that trail. Its been run. ONCE! just recently

This was one hell of a run. You guys weren't kidding when you said it was long! It took 7 of us almost 8 hours to run this trail. There is too much carnage to list.

I'll post pics later on tonight.

Thanks Kevin for leading us through there.

Yup,
Great trail. Even for a rock garden. It was a bit longer than I expected. I guess when Kevin says it's a long trail, I'll listen better.
Very tired. Kevin is writing the carnage list right now. It will be a while.

Nice to meet everyone. Great to wheel with ya again John.
And thanks for the spot Bill. :D

Great run. Thanks for everyone coming out and being positive for all of our delays. So get comfortable and here is the long list for carnage that we know of, also there were only 7 vehicles:

1 tire
hole in radiator
bent leaf spring
1 flop
broken speedo gear
2 blown beads
broken shock
broken rear driveshaft
severly bent, almost broken tie rod and drag link
1 ball joint
1 u-joint
heavily leaking front axle

I look forward to the pictures and thanks for the good time.

Also I think everybody got a dent of some sort on their vehicle

I thought that was great trail. Long day, but a fun one. Although, I'm sure I'd feel different if I was on the carnage list :( (besides the new dents). Thanks for leading Kevin.

Yeah, I expected you to be there, but Johnny Longbow said you got kinda Jittery and at the last minute said you had to "Wash your hair" or something.

Soo.. Shakedown run. Is it going to be MetroCenter or Paradise Valley Mall? :D
