Who Welds Al-lu-min-i-um?

I'm making a bulkhead connector for my air intake. A square aluminum plate with a 3 inch hole cut in it. With a 3in aluminum tube going through it. I need the two pieces welded together. Shouldn't take to long. I'd do, but I'm not set up for aluminum.
