All please ignore this it is for DougB. :o

I agree. It will be more cluttered with the mail that should be personally directed. If more people that use their personal email instead of the website would respond we might get it set right.
But I also think if the majority uses the website we may have to live with it. :(

They're an AzVJC poll underway to see if the group likes the change. If more respond that they like it, it will be permanent. Go to the Yahoo club site and vote your preference.

Personally, I vote to change it back, to allow for replies to individuals. Right now, every reply goes to the whole group...which clutters the group e-mail (already very voluminous) with replies that would be better directed to an individual. My 2 cents.

Why has the web master changed our yahoo groups to keep us from replying directly to the sender of the e-mail? There are many instances when the group does not need the reply just the sender.

John,

I have a pair of bushings sitting on my garage bench. I'm sure we can
figure out something.

Give me a call 623-846-7624. I live at 67th Ave & Camelback (that is the
west side of town). ;)

OK. I've exhausted all of my options for getting these from RE
timely or from a local dealership as they too have to order them.
Does anyone have their old stock control arms from their TJ that have
the bushings in them, and are you willing to part with them? I would
love to be able to go wheeling this weekend but without the bushing
replacement it's definitely no go. I need just two bushings.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

P4W (aka the P4W ranch) is an area that the Phoenix 4 Wheelers used
to hold their annual jamboree there. It is roughly 10 miles west of
Lake Pleasant. While there are a lot of trails out there - mostly
easy - the trail we will most likely be taking will entail some
tall and rutted hill climbs, some short and steep climbs, some
rock crawling and some sand washes. It is a nice variety. While
there are bypasses for some of the obstacles, I'd still recommend
some clearance, lockers and mud treads.

Subject: [TR] Box Canyon - Saturday, December 29, 2001

Hello All,

beer is leading a Box Canyon trail run on Saturday, December 29, 2001.

When: Saturday the 29th
Where: meet at 8:30 florence junction, where 79 splits from 60. Reason being there are two other jeep groups heading out of the usual texaco around that time. This will eliminate confusion.
Rating: 3.0
Length: 1/2 day till noon or so.
CB Channel: 4

just a nice morning jaunt into the canyon to check it out. Read the box canyon write up if you're curious to what it's all about. I ran this two weeks ago and am quite certain a stock jeep can get through with no problems. It should be a relatively quick trip with great photo ops. Excellent trip for the new wheeler or someone trying to get there bearings.

Let's see...

Before:

To reply to group, click "Reply All". (Delete individual if desired.)
To reply to individual, click "Reply".

Now:

To reply to group, click "Reply".
To reply to individual, click "Reply" ("Reply All" has same effect.)
Then delete group from To: list.
Then copy individual from email header and paste into To: list.

I've sent replies to individuals for a number of today's posts
and it's a pain in the arse to always have to cut & paste the
originator's email address into the To: field.

For me, the inconvenience of replying to individuals is much
greater than the convenience of replying to the group. Since
I tend to send as many individual replies as I do group replies,
my overall inconvenience has increased.

My 2 cents and yes I voted.

For those of you needing directions to Bartlett, I had a couple of road names reversed in the last email. Here is a corrected version. Sorry.

Take Pima Road North from Shea Blvd in Scottsdale about 16 miles to Cave Creek Road. Turn right at the stop sign and go about 4.5 miles to the turnoff to Bartlett Lake (right turn). Go 14 miles to the pay station. If you are coming from the West you can take I17 to Carefree Highway and go East. At the end in CareFree go left to Cave Creek Road, go right and pick up the directions at Pima and Cave Creek.

Tomorrow morning I am planning a trip into the the scenic Santa Ritas! Call me if you are interested. I am going out for dinner should be back by 8:30 PM. If you haven't been to Gardner and Madera Canyon you will want to make this trip. I will be searching for better trails for a meet I am planning in late March. Mnay old ghost mining camps, mines, springs and if the winter permits a good snow melt with several snow melt creeks.

Mike and I got my SYE & driveshaft in but, not his. We will work on his
first thing tomorrow. After my test run I looked down and water was dripping
from my radiator. This kind of stuff happens to me, you get done with a mod
and a maintenance issue comes up. Well, the radiator is ordered.
I have to admit the AA kit from appearances looks easier than Mike's Bayou
Jeep SYE, we will see. What an incredible difference in ride.
The off road test run will be off until we get Mike's done & I get a new
radiator installed.
