I'm curious about the color combo... It looks like it could be a Khaki top and interior. Or is it just wishful thinking:confused:

I'm still hoping that this year they will allow a white or rescue green unlimited RUBICON with Khaki top and interior

But what do you mean with the "++++" signs afterwards. My thinking is you mean TT&L. But it throws me, plus I think it conveys some other message.

Hoping for a Jan delivery...wife will not budge on the built in GPS unit and they still are not letting us order one or rather its just not available for order at this time. BUT should be any day now as they are supposed to be putting them in early Dec. I told her the other day that if it doesn't happen soon she will have to order the 08s:eek:

I got an e mail some time ago when the fellow signed up I guess, from one of my buddies back in Texas asking if I had changed my screen name. Not sure who that fellow is but not me at all...I am "Cowboy02" over there. I might have to go back and read his posts if I get a chance.

If the wife decides to cancel I'll post, but she is in fact a Jeep owner going back quite a few years. She has had several FSJs, Grands and had a really sweet 65 Anniversary Wrangler all silver and black, really nice. She LIKES that 4 door which is great...Just glad she saw it and wanted it more than the H2 she had.

I need to go read some of the fellows posts :eek: The last quote I have used ever since I got my Rubicon, so it has been around and many forums. The second quote Has been around on several forums also, but the first one, I know I only used it here in a post over in the singles section one time and do not think I have ever used it on another forum that I can remember. However it is an excerpt from some writings of mine:confused:

I didn't follow the thread in the Singles forum on here and I guess its possible that the fellow is or was at one time a member over here:confused: Who knows, but rest assured it is not me, I don't use shadow screen names.

Nope, not yet..I tell you this is a nice combo, had me on the edge if it were a 4 dr!!!!

Yea, last nite I went and read some of "Cowboy07JK" posts and I guess he must have seen some of my writing:confused: He only has 19 posts so he is not to avid.

Sounds like a nice enough guy, but not me. Can not believe you guys thought it was:D He may have used some of my words, but his style is not mine, but I will give him a hand for his effort at it. Sorry to hear he canceled his Jeep order.

Anyhow just for the record, its NOT my Jeep/order, its the wife's and its all her doing.:D I can assure you, were it mine the lack of a GPS/radio/DVD/8 track player would have NO bearing on my order at all. I don't listen to the radio and my 03 has NEVER had a CD shoved in the CD slot.

I just thank my lucky stars her H2 is gone. I never thought we would sell the thing so when she decided she wanted the new JK 4 door after seeing one I figured I better try and sell the H2 and its $100 per tank fill ups. So I stroll across the street to ask my buddy who is some kind of Sales Manager at Lund. He suggests I ask $38.9 for it and sell no less than $35, after all gas is $3 a gallon. I run an ad for $40k, first day, first person buys it at $40k:confused: :confused: No push back, nothing. Could have knocked me over with a feather...

Now you get one, I was holding out for one with the GPS in it as well, so not to depressed. Besides wife is extremely happy with the 06 Rubi unlimited we got. Little does she know that now I am holding out for the diesel version that is available in Europe:D
