Do you need them? No. Will you want them? Probably. Initially you will probably be OK with your stiff new springs. After a run or two your springs will soften some and wrap will become apparent whether you have the longer perches or not. Plan on adding a wrap bar to the rear. Especially next week after you decide you want a bigger tire to fill the wheel wells and to keep those D60 pigs off the rocks! :D

I got mine from Simon. The perches and the u-bolt plates with multi-holes for adjusting the diff location.
I haven't rebuilt/reinstalled my ladder bar yet and I think I'm going to wait for now, then if needed (likely, especially when I mount 37's) I'm going to use an anti-wrap half leaf first. I can always reinstall the ladder bar later if necessary.
The half spring sits atop the spring pack from the center toward the front. It bolts to the back same as the rest and the leading end wraps around your existing eye. This setup is apparently common for drag gars and I've seen a few Jeepers using it with great success.

As stated in your other thread, I run the RE 1.5" springs (6-leaf in the rear) without a traction bar. I've been that way for a couple years now without problems.
My YJ has 4.0, 4.56 gears, 4:1 t-case, 35" tires, and SOA with anti-wrap spring perches.
