East Side Wheelers and anyone who can make it on our short notice... Shnipe and I are gonna host a little M&G at Hooters in Tempe tomorrow for lunch. If we shoot for something before noon we should all be able to get a seat and parking.
This should probably be rated a 2.5 given the flight of steps to get to the bar but most able bodied wheelers should be able to climb it.
Hooters is on the corner of Mill and 5th St in down town Tempe on the second floor just above The Library Bar and Grill. There is paid parking just behind the building and accross the street. You can also occassionally find free parking one block west on fifth on the north side of the street behind the Haden Square Condo's where McDuffy's used to be. That will put you within a five minute walk of the bar.
There will be a $5 cover charge for any French Canadians... unless they're wearin skirts :)
