Just thought I would share a new buggy project we are doing. This will be turn key, so follow along while we progress.
It will have a 4.3 Vortec, Turbo 350 and a 5.0 atlas. Axles are Tera CRD 60's.

I did urinate on one of the tires when I was there. The rear ones were flat and the hammer dents I made in the sheet metal were barely noticeable from a distance.
Todd wouldn't let me do anything else to it.
It is a cute li'l thing.

Very nice! One of these days I would like to try and figure out how to make a buggy. There is obviously a lot more to building one that most people think.

Good stuff Todd.
Can you explain why you chose to use a two piece front driveshaft? Where will you route it through the front 4-link suspension links?
What are the link material specs? What rod ends are being used for the top and bottom links?

I have to use a two piece frt. driveline on the frt. for clearance issues.
I use FK rod ends, 3/4 - 7/8 on lowers and 3/4 -3/4 uppers
Links are 1 3/4" solid 7075 Alum. uppers are 1 1/4 .313 wall DOM bored and taped. No inserts!!
The frt. shaft fits between links.
