Amy and I are going to do RD on 10-22-06. Amy is now a driver and wants to learn to wheel:D :D :cool: So I know it is short. Thinking might grill out there if anyone is down for that Il bring the grill:D

Im good with doing a differnet trail. I get off of work at 5am so we will meet any where.chili said broken arrow would be a good one for Amy but up to any newbie trail for Amy and Im a newbie also:D She also likes going out in big groups :D

I might show, depending on what happens.
Raw deal is fun, I've also ran Broken Arrow and thats a fun and scenic trail as well. Just it takes a bit longer to get up to Sedona, whenever I have gone there I usually end up camping.

Sliders maybe, I won't have mine on by then but whatever. However at least a front locker would help out.

Ohh, its real short too, like less then a 1/4 mile total.

'wanna see how far the Pissan can make it...ya it's RUNNING!!!!! but I think the secondary fuel feeder in the carb is bad or no worki...it kinda dies when I gas it too much:(:(

Edit...there's no second feeder...seems like an electronic prob:(

Upper RD isnt that bad theres a easy bypass to take if you dont like the first obstacle... well i think there are really only TWO obstacles on it. Like Ben said its REALLY short. sliders would be a bonus. IF you dont like the way it looks, you can always ride shotgun in someone else's in the mean time.

i had that problem too everytrime i got on the gas it died on my then i realized i was out of gas:cool:

I almost forgot:eek: we need a leader and a spoter:( I'll do it but I dont any sh!t to start if I dent up anyone or if I get anyone lost:D Im new to spoting but Illl do it and I can lead now that I know where it is at:) If somone is going that is a great spotter I would love for the to stand with me and give me pointers:D :D That would be the best thing for me:cool:

predator starts near the end of upper Terminator. Abot 3 miles up or so from RD. didnt watch the odom but i know where its at :D

Yup... think I already replied...

Hope I can make it to this; I'd like to know where the rest of these trails are... now if I can just figure out where that vibration is coming from... At least I've got a couple of weeks to get er done.

I will be there for sure. I also wouldn't mind running upper raw deal afterward, as well as lower terminator or predator. I have yet to do the last 2.

When you get off the highway and go over the bridge...make a right, go down a ways, and just when you get off the road, there will be a HUGE dirt area with a bunch of jeeps, hard to miss.

Hey to all of you guests that have been checking out this run for the last 2 weeks come on out its a good time you dont have to be part of the group to roll with us :D :D Its fun no mater what skill you are at and if you are a newbie with only stock this is a great place to hone your skill the guys that are going out have a lot to give as fare as how to wheel:cool: Oh and the gals:D I hear Wind Dance is gong and that she is quite GOOD Soooooo come out and letss see what we can brake:eek: :eek: :eek: NOT:rolleyes:

I do not know if anyone has any handhelds but your cell should work out there Ill have my cell the # is 602 323 6875.I have never seen a tower out there but that does not mean much go the way you said and it will turn into a dirt road and then keep going and we will be on the left.My wife and I will be ther at 6:30 6:40 so you should see a white and gray tjs and hopfully a lot more then that but we'll be gone at 7:30. You should bring water,food, some kind of jack,if you have a tow strap,tools,spar tire,what ever you think you might need:Dthat should do it:D OH! If you read the other posting it will give you a lot of info:eek::p SEE YOU OUT THERE

Travis and I got there at the same time that a flatbed trailer was showing up. They did get it up on the trailer. We then proceeded to do upper terminator. I took an early bypass off of the trail and everyone else proceeded on.

Yes, they got the axle shaft changed and we got out of there about 430 Once they got the springs pulled and pulled the passenger axle shaft out a tad they seemed to get done pretty quick. Everything worked out alright and we all got off the trail.

Had an awsome time today, at least we finally got the shaft replaced and got the TJ out of there, I got a crash course on how to change a locked 35 shaft now :D
Happy my Open Open TJ did all it could, next time i'll have an Aussie in the front and some sliders to do a few of the tougher obsticals!
Mel had a fun time too, she wants to go again real bad, though she is pretty sunburned!

Hello All, I got home just fine. I want to put out a big thank you too all on the run. Your help was invaluable. I have been wheeling this D35 for 6 years and it has been locked for 3 of them. So it was about time it went. Of curse the skinny pedal helped a bet. But I had spares, tools and oil. After a bit of tinkering with the lockrite we got the axel apart replaced the shaft, put my old spider gears in and called it good. Just want too thank all the guys and galls for the help. Can’t weight for the all the picks.

Time to go 8.8, 9, 14B, or D60. I don’t know.

I can’t SPELL. Get over it.

I just wanted to say thanks to all for comming out amy wife and i had a great time and she cant wait to go out again. Thats kick a!@#$%&*ss that she did all 3 trails. We did upper & lower raw deal and lower terminstor I thought that she did a well you an OK job:D :D Also thank to to you guys that showed me the stuff for spotting:cool: TwstdTJ,Spongbob and there were some other thaxxxxx.Sorry Im bad with names i get your real or your sceen name but for the most part I forget all names:o I don't think Ill be spoting anytime soon on my own. Sorry that I didnt stay with you guys untill you fixed the axle but I had to get Rylie home. Happy to hear that it got done and you got out of there.

LOL, whoops!!!! :p I hope he didn't drive out of that too fast or that would have meant a face full of rock. :D :p

I just wasn't in the mood and my allergies kicked in in the morning and would have made for a crappy day. Keep me in the loop though (you and Travis are good with that :D), I seem to be good at getting most of my weekends off. Next weekend I wanna keep it simple with the nice run through Seven Springs but since we end in TM, I might be in the mood for a little more after that.

Oh yeah. She wasn't too happy. She was even less happy when I told her that I was going to get a 4:1 tcase and 35's. I am getting a set of better fender flares from Daniel this evening that should appease her. The whole "don't worry babe.....it'll buff out" thing didn't work. :D

BTW I dont know if I mentioned it or not, but I had a great time Sunday. It was great to see some new faces (as well as some really old ones :D :D ) It was great meeting everybody. Im sorry I had to bail on you guys, but you were left in good hands. Thanks to Daniel for putting the run together, and out there learning as much as he could. Hope to see you all on the trail again.

Yes...

there were TWO 35 breaks...

One on pivot (talked about above) and one just before that one earlier in the day.

We didn't have shafts on the trail so we rigged up the tire and drove it out (with a strap)... Then stuck it on a trailer and went on to upper terminator.

When we were done we heard the call for the next break and headed back to lower to check it out.

hey guys, just wanted to let you know i had a great time yesterday, sorry i didn't stick around and do upper with ya'll, i'm stock other than the lift and a limited slip rear, i had enough rock for one day, moving from washington where we steer clear of the rocks and hit the mud and sand for fun, it was different, i learned alot and had a great time

Daniel I'll give you a call to set something up. I'm meeting the guy who borrowed my axles on Sat.

The clutch is fine it just got broken in a little that's all. Just goes to show you that 307's make it interesting. The re-gear is coming though.
