I just got my jeep back from ADS (automotive diagnostic specialties). I had a check eng light that just wouldn’t go away. They had to do some trouble shooting to trace down the problem.
First off I was impressed with the customer service before they got the Jeep. I work most days till 5pm and they close at 5:30. The guy offered to stay late so that I could drop off the jeep and they could put it behind the fence. Nice.
The customer service and work: The guy was up front with the price and let me know that they would call me if it was going to take longer than expected or if it was more money. They did just what they said they would. I got a call asking if it was ok for them to keep working on the jeep since it would be more than an hour to trace down all the problems. They also called to let me know what parts I needed and when they were expecting them in.
Once I got the jeep back they cleared the codes and told me to drive it for 30-40 miles then bring it back so they could hook it up one more time to make sure all the codes were cleared and that it would pass the emissions test. Nice job on the follow up.
No they aren’t the cheapest place but they are fast and they get the job done and will stand behind it if there are any issues.
This is the second Jeep I have had them work on and Im sure it won’t be the last.
