jeep exhaust manifold

I may be to late, however I found a lawsuit against DC for cracked exhaust manifolds. has anything come of this. I only ask because mine is cracked, and has been cracked since I bought it. Just wonder if i slould fix it, or hold off until DC recalls it.

Mine was cracked as well. I suppose that I could've waited for the lawsuit to settle, but I didn't want to. The popping sound was driving me nuts. I ended up buying a new manifold with the flex tube built into it for about $160. It only took a couple of hours on a Saturday to install. It is a lot less annoying now.
