OK I have a Dana 44 with Hi Steer Arms. Now they are drilled for stock Scout Tie rods and Stock YJ Drag Link. Do they need to be re-drilled to fit the 1 Ton TRE's and how much does it cost and do I have to remove them from the jeep?
Thanks

I belive they are the same tapper, but a larger hole. ie, the reamer goes further into the hole. I just did this not long ago. I have the reamer you want. Do not bolt your arms to the knuckle yet. Drill the holes first. I think the reamer cost me $65. You can use mine and save your cash.

I can't tell you how much I love this set up. Drives great no bump steer. Super strong and even looks good too.

Don,
Yes the hole needs to drilled larger and retapered. If you pull your arms off I can do this for you.
