PB Blast

Thank goodness for PB Blast! I finally got around to replacing some U Joints I messed up in Moab in May. These joints had 197,000 miles on them! Actually my D30 was still a virgin when it came to busted joints. This is until Moab Rim and Prichertt Canyon. I couldn't bust them loose until I sprayed them with PB Blast and while under pressure from my tool, I whacked the end of the screw with a hammer and BAM! After that it was easy. :D

I love that stuff! The front 60 in my buggy had the spring plate studs torched off as they were rusted solid. I tried everything to get them out, no go. I finally gave up. But everyday for a month when I walked by, I gave it a shot PB Blaster. I finally figured it was time to try again. I grabbed the nearest pair of pliers, clamped on and started to turn. After 2 turns with the pliers they were loose enough I could finish backing them out with my fingers. :cool:
