Sucks that it happened, and I hope the lesson has been learned. Really sucks that his buddies got hurt in the process, but it sounds like they, too, weren't in a correct condition to take the wheel for him. :shaking:
Just thankful that no one was killed.
Before anyone gets to bashing, this was written on the understanding, second hand, that there was alchie involved. While I may have a beer or two and drive... those are over time and not without food and/or time to burn off and get under the legal limit, as well as my own limit. So... I'm not gonna preach the "I never drive... even after one" BS, but I'm not gonna drive if I even have an inkling that I may not be in control (even if I "feel fine.")

A buddy of mine layed his 350 powered CJ on its side while very drunk at a woods party after High School but before college. He wasnt wearing his seatbelt and knocked himself out on teh 6 point cage and dis-located his shoulder. He survived (going over 45 when he flopped), but is was a very serious wakeup call to a lot of people I know...He now drives sober and belted. I guess it takes some people more to learn these things. I hope these guys are healthy enough to get back to Jeeping eventually, and when they do, they do it responsibly. I know people have done this and it always ends up the same. Rolled hard without belts and hurt bad as a result.
