Just took my Jeep in there over the long weekend to have some work done and will say I couldn't be happier!!!! I will admit, I am still a semi-newb, so Simon took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I knew the options before I made my decision on what upgrades to do. Thanks a million!!!

Simon must be campaigning for member of the month! Maybe he's after another free trip to Hawaii...:D
Keep up the great work, Simon--you will shame the rest of us into playing nice, too! ;) :D

Not that 4wheelers does nto take care of members, but I have a few things to comment on concerning your post...
[Post-Police]
1) What are you reviewing here? Customer sevice? An install? A product?
It is not entirely clear.
2) What service were you having done?
3) What were your expectations? How did Simon, or 4wheelers meet them?
I am not trying to piss on your "Thank you" but it is clearly stated that this is NOT what the review section was created for...
Beyond "Simon is a great guy" (not that I would disagree, he is indeed), what other information are you providing?
Please review the posting guidelines.

Raining on my parade like usual =(((((( Yeah, I'm mr. Vague, here are the details.
1. My post was in regards to Customer Service.
2. The service requested was a locker install, quick disconnects, and KC lights.
3. My expectations were pretty good as I've always had a quick reply back and forth with 4 wheelers, but never had them do any service before, so I was not quite sure what to expect. (part 2 of question #3) Simon was almost instantanious with a response to my original post on whether it was ok to put a locker in a D30, and at that time I asked a few questions, and gave him my budget requirements, and he recommended the appropriate product for my situation. At that time I didn't plan on getting my Jeep in for a few weeks, but was able to get it in that friday and it was done by tuesday (long labor day weekend)
Overall, it was completely 100% painless and 4 wheelers communicated very well with what they would be doing, when they would have it done, and a very close approximate cost to me all before they started the work. Those are the things that will keep me going back to 4 wheelers until my days of Jeepin are done (which hopefully will be a very long time)

Customer service has always been great at 4 Wheelers. Whether I have called Simon directly or delt with any of the guys at the counter, I have been treated well and given a good price for parts or installation.
If we need specifics here:rolleyes: : KC Lights, armor, various supplies, RE Superflex 3.5 lift installation.

Simon took good care of me today as well, when I picked up perches, u-bolts, bearings, u-joints, etc.
Got my rear 44 in place and ready to tack...
