I'm open for suggestions. My wife's thing starts about 8:30 or so and as to trails, I only know about Broken Arrow. Nothing too drastic. I still have my stocker to play in. I really am open to any ideas. I just need to be done by 4:30 or so.

I may be up for this. I have never done broken arrow. It will depend on if my heep is out of the shop by then.

If running Broken Arrow, count me in as a Tentative. Do you have to pay or have any kind of permit to run this trail?

I think you have to get a pass from the Ranger station. I'm not sure how much it is. There is a station just as you come into town (from the south) on the west side of the road. I will find out and post the info.

The day pass is $5.00 and you only need it to park on the NF. Not to drive on it. You can hit most of the Sedona trails in one day. I call it the Sedona Epic.

General rule, if you pull over and get out, as long as your car is visable, you don't need a pass.

If you need trail ideas, after you hit broken arrow, stop into Sedona Jeep school and they will show you some others as well as give maps (that is unless you know them already).

Some of my favorite trails in Sedona are Soldier Pass, Cliffhanger, House Mountain and BA. None are very hard but all are very scenic. If you really wanted to you could probably run them all in a day.

A stop to see Nena will get you directions and a map, maybe her special hand written one. If you want to see some pics of these trails I have them posted at the following address: http://rides.webshots.com/album/518994032OuuDOR

Make sure to take your camera and enjoy. :D :D

If I don't go to the valley on Sunday I can show you around.

Change of plans guys. I'm sorry but I just got word that I must be on call on this weekend (9th). I'm NOT happy!! Sorry to get your hopes up and then bail. I hate when real life intrudes on my wheelin' time!
