I'm thinking the TM area as most live around that way. I'm also debating a night run as it's still a bit warm. I'll be watching the weather. Also I don't know the state of the water up there with all the rain we got today (not sure how much hit up north)...then again that's still a couple days away... BTW, I'm locked f/r with 33's and do NOT have a winch... that's important info you need to know as by looking at your avatar you're considerably more built than I.

Yea I did, I discovered I need to do some Transfer case maintanence, so I prolly won't be ready till late afternoon? I'll check here for feedback and to post updates.

I'm going to head up to TM either Saturday early evening or Sunday morning to run Lower and Upper Terminator and Predator...plans aren't set in stone yet. I'll eventually get out and run FJ with the Jeep. Strange since I live on this side of town.

hello all, i am very new to all of this (forums and jeeps) and would love to go out with some experience and would really like to make a run other than a dirt road. i have a stock rubicon and would like to know if that would work and what time you are all thinking on sat or sun? thanks for the help.

This particular run in this discussion sounds like it's on for Saturday morning. The Sunday run Barry/I were talking about isn't the same.

While a stock Rubicon is a great off-road vehicle and quite capable in its own right, this run would probably not be the best one to start out on frankly. You might want to just ease into it a bit.

I would suggest taking Nick up on his offer to run the newer wheelers through Raw Deal in the Table Mesa area. I believe that is scheduled for Sunday September 10th. Check the appropriate thread for further details. That would be an ideal opportunity to get onto a rock crawling trail with plenty of patient and experienced people around to assist.

Sounds good. I PM'd Barry earlier regarding what time he's thinking. We're definitely going to do this in the morning, I just don't know what time. We're planning on Upper and Lower Terminator and Predator. :D I'd prefer to do this the earlier the better.
