hard top hoist & rear seat

A friend of mine from work has a manual crank hoist that you mount from the ceiling in your garage, to raise your hard top off, and a rear seat ( gray ) for sale. They sold there jeep and just want these items gone.
Seat came out of a 02 TJ.
