Any Rubicon owners experienced air leaks in your diffs? I have an 04 and the pump cycles continuously when the front is locked. I have determined the leak is in the diff. Chrysler just kinda scratched there head and said we will put a new locker in for you. My understanding is that the locker and air actuator are seperate and replacing the locker will just be unnecessary down time. Any similar experiences and if so what was the result.
Thanks.

I don't have a rubicon, but if it's cycling really fast that usually is an air leak. If the dealer is willing to replace it for free, let them. To fix any leaks in an air locker you usually have to pull the axles and take the carrier out anyways. Besides if your air locker is having problems this soon do you really want someone who doesn't know it that well try to repair it?

I moved this to the General forum. Technical Workshops forum is for things like Kill Switch clinics or CB Tuning clinics, etc.
There will be an FAQ posted soon regarding what each forum is for.

My Rubicon cycles for seconds to engage. Sounds like you have a leak, look around teh pumps next to the TC.

Griswold,
I haven't had any issues with my lockers leaking on my Rubicon.
Some folks at this site may have some answers for you though.
