Raw Deal is a short trail (1.2 miles) that begins and ends in a wash. It offers a little bit of something for everybody. Many of the obstacles can be taken with varying degrees of difficulty, and a couple can be bypassed. As is the case with many AZ trails, it is best if accompanied by someone who has ran the trail before. There are a few spots were a good spotter will be appreciated. The are several bedrock "cracks" to negotiate, as well as a few rock ledges, varying sized boulders, etc.
Remember to bring your camera and Water.

My question is, is there anyone out there that already has these
lifts and can you give me any cons or pros about them and which one
they think is best (I know... RE or Tera...) if they were to buy one.
Thanks for any info you can give me on them!

AzVJC,
Hi, my name is Matthew O'Rourke, & I am starting
to promote fullsize vehicle trail runs here in
Arizona. I currently have scheduled a run on Raw Deal
for November 10th. I primarily would like to invite
any members you have that run ZJs or J-series pickups,
or anything else you would consider to be a fullsize
vehicle. the current plan is to meet at the parking
area off Table Mesa road at 9:00 AM on the 10th of
November. I have commited coverage from the internet
magazine www.alloffroad.com & this will not be the
last run I try to organize for us bigger vehicles.
This is the first of many (I hope) to try & bring us
with the bigger vehicles together, & I do plan on
finding the people that will run the extreme trails
around here, & setting up runs on those trails also. I
already have recieved interest from about 25 vehicles,
mostly K5 Blazers, but I don't actually expect
attendance to be that high. If you could post this on
your "trips" section, I would appreciate it. Also
please include my e-mail address for anyone that has
any questions. Thank you very much for your time.

Enjoy and remember to TREAD Lightly!

Scott,
Just a quick question; when this was bent, I can't remember, did you
have a spare or did you just run home without it? I was just
wondering, if in a pinch (or bend, as case may have it) could you
drive with out the front track bar in place? If you took it easy.
