Baseline Killer: What punishment?

It looks like they have caught the guys. That said wonder how we should punish them?

Well I am thinking that we line up families, friends and loved ones who want to participate and then everyone else that wants to. Give each a 22 rifle like a Ruger 10/22 and a couple of 50 round clips loaded with rat shot.:cool:

Now the two losers have to run butt nakid the length of folks lined up on Baseline and if [not when] they get to the end of the people line they are free.:eek:

Why 22 rat shot: Gonna hurt, hurt a lot but not kill them until they have taken a lot and I mean a LOT of hits. Each hit hurting like spit from hell. Ever see a man bleed to death...one drop at a time:D

When I was in high school in Yuma there was a man who got off on a technicality on rape of a Quechan girl (local Indian tribe) . He disappeared. His shoe was found a few months later with foot inside tied to the tail of a wild burro. I have never heard of anyone bothering any of their girls since then.

I was wondering if you were on the case once they crossed into Mesa. I don't envy you for a second, but I applaud you and all those involved for cracking the case and arresting these monsters.

Personally, I prefer the old Phillipine method of bending two palms so they cross each other, tying the victim between the palms by all 4 limbs (2 to each tree), then cutting the ropes holding the palms down. When the palms spring back...well you get the idea.

i think they should rott in hell too what they did is bad and i wish they let the familys of all the victums do what they wish with them but the crazy thing was that the appartments that they arrested them at was right across the street from my uncles shop on mckellips and mesa drive at we were at his shop that night pulling a late night then all of a sudden the shop parking lot was filled with unmaked police cars im not talking 4 or 5 cars i think we couldnted 15 when we left and the next morning on the news we saw that they busted the shooters and then figured out that thats why all the cop cars were there and just to think for over a year now i have been in less that a 1/8 of a mile from thos pricks

Sounds like they are fighting amongst themselves now, pretty much admitted that they did it. I'm for whatever punishment the legal system gives them.

Ok, lets look at the crime in its purest form and back track from there.

He shot and killed someone. I feel he did it in the most brutal way possible, did not know the victim and puts fear into the community thru his actions. Clearly a horrible way to die.

Ziggy Belcher, gets off work early from the Waffle House where he burns eggs to order. He comes home only to find his wife, Suzy Creamcheese Belcher in bed with the Waffle House manger JoeSheet D. Ragman.

Ziggy goes into a rage, grabs the gun in nightstand and shoots and kills JoeSheet.

Question: Does the serial killer deserve the same punishment as Ziggy?

See where I am going with this? They have both committed a murder but one has done it in a heinous manner, they both deserve to be punished but clearly in much different ways.

Now lets throw a zinger in the mix: The Waffle House manager is BLACK, Ziggy is WHITE. The Waffle House manager does not die, but instead is crippled for life and in the course of the fight between Ziggy and JoeSheet, Ziggy calls him the "N" word.

Ziggy is charged with: Attempted Homicide First Degree and a Hate Crime, Ziggy is charged in a Federal Court and spends the rest of his life in a Federal Max Security Penn.

The serial killer is charged at county or state level, pleas out on some of the shootings, claims his mother would not let him have Twinkies and forced him to breast feed until he was 18. A feel sorry for him jury and judge gives him 20 to life in the state pen.
