Good thing it was a Ford any other truck would not be able to handle a load of that size :-)

I bet all those years of oil dropping on the ground killed the roots leading to the demise of this huge tree . Good thing it wasn't my jeep I'd had it killed years ago .

Yup I hear ya. Tempe/ASU High rent/low quality. But the college kids will pay it and they pack them in down there.
