Yellow and Blue are the same battery except for the Terminal

Yellows and blues are best found at Batteries Plus or Copperstate Battery

Hey Shawn,
I've got a '78 CJ7 with the 360, and from the factory it came with the Chev. Turbo 400. Its a great combination. You can find the 360 with the adapter plate, flywheel, and Turbo 400 in the grand wagoneers and Older cherokees. Most of these combos are set up with the quadratrac (Junk!), but you can find them with the Dana 20 transfer case.

Hello!
What a great run. We had Sharky and his wife Stacy, Joe West with bride-to-be Joyce, and myself with Jake Wagner (aka Bobberman) riding shotgun. The trail turned out to be a class 4.5 going up and 5 coming down. Everybody came out with damage coming down, but none going up.There is a fence on the top of this one and a road crosses the wash just past the fence. There is a gate going up in the near future. Unfortunately not soon enough...
Joe West tweaked his roof rack, the step on his left side flat fender got some mild damage, he blew a ujoint on one side, and a hub fuse on the other.
Sharky damaged his rear tailgate. It got pretty tweaked.
I damaged the passenger flat fender today. Now I need to rework them. Not even 12 hours old I managed to damage one :( I damaged the fender when the RE Extreme Duty track bar taco'd sending my fender into the rock.
I've got a new digital camera and charged the battery the first night I got it this week and took a ton of pics since then. I forgot to charge it last night so we kept running low on juice. Otherwise we would have had more sweet pics for you all to look at. Next time I'll have a spare battery. Too bad because we all were on the end of one and sometimes two winch lines from time to time on this one.
There are 37 pics on 3 pages in my Yahoo photo album from today.

I switched over to a Yellow Top last summer.....so I am watching to see how long it will last.
I've lived here in AZ now for 15 years (yes, I know, not all that long), but have sure watched a LOT of batteries go through my vehicles. I've never owned one where the new factory batter made it through 3 summers. The last 72 month battery that went into my wife's XJ made it 13 months before it died and was replaced with my old TJ batteyr (hence, the new Optima).
DougB is right about no acid to worry about in a roll over.

Yellow and Blue are the same battery except for the Terminal
configurations. The blue top has studded terminals.
Yellows and blues are best found at Batteries Plus or Copperstate Battery
in Phoenix. Exide is our direct competition, to say
their batteries underperform ours would be an overstatement.

Hey Shawn,
I've got a '78 CJ7 with the 360, and from the factory it came with the Chev.

Scott,
I switched over to a Yellow Top last summer.....so I am watching to see how long it will last.
