Had some extra $$$ and decided to do some work. You are looking at a 1994 YJ rescued from a wrecker yard about 4 years ago. 6 cylinder with Auto Trans. 33 inch rubber, SYE, 8.8 Ford Rear locked front and back, 4.11 gear. 2 1/2 BDS Lift, 3/4 Shackles, 1 inch body lift. LOD bumper.

All Fab work done by Southern Customs in El Paso, Tx. Pat is the owner and easy to work with.

1st Did the Roll Cage, added on to the OEM cage. Should be good for at least one roll over.

2nd Next was the box. The only thing to ever sit in the rear seat was the Ice Chest, so I decided to yank it out. Pat designed it, and it works great. Holds all my tools, recovery gear, tent, etc. Ice chest strapes down on top.

3rd I was getting a lot of tire rub in the front at full flex and bending the fenders. After much debate I went with REV-1. No cutting, just replace the entire fender. Took me about 2 hours from start to finish and Im no mechanic. Fenders came in Black Satin Powder Coat. Fit is excellant, quality is outstanding.

4th Even with a smaller spare tire my rear gate was not closing properly. Went with the Extreme Duty LOD Rear Bumper and Tire Carrier. Very happy with this bumper, excellant quality, install was simple.

5th. Getting a lot of tire rub in the rear. I was thinking about the Poison Spyder Crusher Corners with the tube flares, but the $$$ and the extra 80lbs on the rear is not appealing. Pat designed the rear tube fenders and they bolt on very clean. Had them powdered coated to match the front. Also cut out the opening to allow for more flex.

Next is a hard top, if I can find one in good shape

Thanks. Living in El Paso, TX but we dont have a very active Jeep Club. Just got back from Ouray, CO over the 4th, and Im looking to make a trip to Arizona this winter to do some trails.

Looks like this is a very active club. Where do most of the members live and wheel??

I really cant take much credit on the box, I just told him what I wanted. First true test was last week, my Son and I camped in Ouray, CO. Drove the Jeep and the box came in very handy. It also doubles as a lunch table on the trail...
