We will review a map to ensure we have all trails listed.
We will discuss any points of contention that the people who will oppose OHV might bring up and how we the OHV community will assist in mitigating them.
Plan of action on how the AZVJC will maintain the area by adopting the trail system within the park boundaries.
Discuss the fee for use issue, currenlty the park is set up to have a fee to enter it, how will this affect us. Also what expections the OHV has for any of those funds to be set aside for the OHV trail system.
OHV expectations in regards to law enforcement.
Any special rules OHV would like to be put in place.
Open discussion for any topics not already covered.
The idea would be to put together a document of our proposal and a complete mapping of all the trails to present to the BLM and the city of Buckeye and request that OHV be an approved recreational activity in the park. For this we have an agressive timeline to complete this and have our request approved by June 23rd the end of the comment period.
Any and all suggestions are welcome, please call me (623-340-0885) to let me know if you plan on attending so that I can make sure and have enough seats set up for everyone.
