HB 2076 (http://www.azleg.state.az.us/DocumentsForBill.asp?Bill_Number=2076) clearly states that firearm possession cannot be prohibited in public buildings unless temporary and secure firearm storage is provided and readily accessible upon entry to the building. The storage accommodations are to allow for "immediate retrieval" upon exiting the public establishment or event.
