Hi Gang,
I thought it appropriate to make a formal request of the AZVJC yahoo group to authorize a link between the BBS and the name/images associated with the AZVJC.
Here is the text of the poll:
Should the BBS website: www.virtualjeepclub.com Be allowed to use the name "Arizona Virtual Jeep Club" and the images associated with the AZVJC? Answering YES to this question will result in Joe West choosing a moderator team to make decisions for the BBS website (not the azvjc.org website). By answering YES to this poll, it is understood that Joe West will ultimately be legally responsible for the BBS website, and while he will be utilizing his moderator team (of his own choosing) to make decisions for the BBS site... ultimately; Joe will make the final decisions concerning the BBS website because of his legal responsibilities as owner of the site. Answering NO to this poll will have the effect of requiring Joe to remove all the images and text which associates www.virtualjeepclub.com with the Arizona Virtual Jeep Club. Joe West created this poll because he believes it is necessary and proper to receive the consent of a simple majority of the active AZVJC group before creating the association between the BBS site and the Yahoo Group known as The Arizona Virtual Jeep Club. This poll will close in 30 days. This is a private poll and names will not be displayed in the results.
