Coil Spring collapse??

Returning from a run yesterday I saw my TJ had a significant list. It appears the drivers side rear coil has collapsed several inches. These are Terraflex + 4" lift coils. I have seen coils develop sagging over a period of time but this change was sudden. Anybody experience a similar event?

Hmmm, maybe the trackbar is binded up? Also, swap rear coils and see if it helps.

This morning the TJ is within 1/4" of straight and level. Last night it was sagging over 2" like a hip shop horse. I will look carefully at the track bar.

I had one (from RE) break. That was an interesting experience.

what it was: one of the spider gear pins had backed out enough to interfere with the ring and pinion. when the protruding pin contacted the pinion gear it caused the ringear to stall momentarily therby jacking the axle housing causing the Jeep to lean one way or the other.
