Here is a rough proof of a proposed decal with a few minor changes:
- new typeface for better readability
- better colors - closer to the actual AZ flag
- added 'we rock'
- center typeface colors is different than background making them stand out better
This is a 5 color decal now with a new process called 'tatooing'
The current decal is in the same album if you want to compare. What do you think?

OK, if we are going to ditch the "we rock", how about we add "we go virtually anywhere" to the bottom of the sticker, following the curve at the bottom. Do it in a smaller font though.

Here is a guess:
The noise is caused by the exhaust system rubbing some place. It
does not occur when cold because as the system heats up it
expands causing the rubbing. It only does it when coasting with
no load because the motor mounts flex enough in loaded situations
to prevent the pipe (or whatever) from rubbing or the engine just
doesn't vibrate unless it is at an idle.
What do I win if I am correct?

Well, take this for what its worth. I leased a car in the past and
you should negociate the price as this will bring your lease payments
down. The dealer did come off the MSRP quite a bit. This wasn't in
AZ but it should still be the same.

Subject: [TR] Tin Can Alley - Saturday, June 23, 2001
Hello All,
Stu Olson is leading a Tin Can Alley trail run on Saturday, June 23, 2001.
When: 5:30 PM (prompt)
Where: Mile marker 11, State Rte. 74 (aka., Carefree Highway). MM #11 is about 9 miles west of the Lake Pleasent Marina turnoff. Meet on the north side of the highway and airdown there.
Rating: 3.0+
Length: 6~7 hours
CB Channel: 4
This will be a "fun" run and suitable for stockers and built up Jeeps. I don't think I've ever had anyone finish the trail AND go home disappointed. (I've had some not finish and some not go home....j/k)
There are not tons of obstacles on the trail....but the ones that are there are fun and spaced out. All obstacles have bypasses available. You will have plenty of foothill whoop-de-doos by the time the sun is set and while it is still light, we will be able to do some rock crawling over the first couple of obstacles.
I've had stock TJs/YJs with street tires make it through, albeit one or two required a tow strap in a couple of places. It will depend on the condition of the trail and your driver skill.
By the time we climb up into the hills a bit, you will be able to see the valley lights sparkling in the distance (ok...that is about as mushy as this description will get).
BRING WATER! It is hot out there!
Also, count on a late night getting home....that way when you get home an hour earlier, you will be happy about it! Also, you won't stress so much because of having to pay the baby sitter overtime wages! LOL
It is usually around 1:00 AM or so when I get back to town. Was later once or twice when Jeeper use to go and blow up u-joints just mere yards from the end of the trail!
I hope to see some of you Saturday evening, ready to have a good time.
You can see some of the previous runs at the included web site address.

Just my opinion, but unless she's using the vehicle as a tax deduction (work
vehicle), leasing is generally a bad way to go...esp. with interest rates
the way they are. I just got 6.5% (variable term) at a local credit union
for a purchase.

Subject: Cherokee 4.0 Engine Problem Is FIXED!!
Hello Gang,
I want to thank you all for the help that you gave me in finding the problem with my Cherokee. Stu, you hit the nail on the head Pard. The fuse link to the alternator from the starter relay was blown. And a fuse in the panel, one of those metal ones that you can't tell if they are blown with out the right tool. Well, with all said and done, I now have a new battery, alternator, vacuum lines, fuse links, and misc. parts due to the challenge of the electrical problem. And to think that this all started because I Changed out my closed coolant system to the new 3 core GDI radiator. Just bad luck...... nothing to do with the radiator........ Looks like I need a weekend of 4x4 fun..... Thanks again to all of your help.... It is great to have friends, and even better when they are as knowledgeable as you all are........... Thank you,
Casper

Here is a rough proof of a proposed decal with a few minor changes:
- new typeface for better readability
- better colors - closer to the actual AZ flag
- added 'we rock'
- center typeface colors is different than background making them stand out better
This is a 5 color decal now with a new process called 'tatooing'
The current decal is in the same album if you want to compare. What do you think?

Here is a guess:
The noise is caused by the exhaust system rubbing some place. It
does not occur when cold because as the system heats up it
expands causing the rubbing. It only does it when coasting with
no load because the motor mounts flex enough in loaded situations
to prevent the pipe (or whatever) from rubbing or the engine just
doesn't vibrate unless it is at an idle.
What do I win if I am correct?

Well, take this for what its worth. I leased a car in the past and
you should negociate the price as this will bring your lease payments

Thank you,
Casper
