Asking Price: $11,000.00
'03 Silver TJ Sport w/21,000 original miles. I bought this Jeep new. Has salvage/restored title due to minor flop on passenger side and I do mean minor. Jeep is on jack stands and needs to be hauled away or finished here in my garage. I've lost interest and don't have much in the way of fab skills. Below is a list of goodies:
4.0 with Airraid kit
NV3550 tranny
Stock NP231 transfer case
Custom exhaust
New PSC trail cage installed and painted.
Installed for fitment PSC tube front fenders needing paint.
New PSC Rocker Knockers needing install and paint.
10 lb Co2 setup
Warn M8000 winch with Masterpull synthetic rope and aluminum fairlead.
hand throttle
Radiator hoop
Custom front bumper
Needed to be installed front HP Dana 44 out of '78-79 Ford. Comes with all new Warn premium hubs, Warn axle shafts, CTM joints, seals, bearings, 5:13 gears, ARB and compressor with custom switching to eliminate solenoids, flat top knuckles machined with Skye Manufacturing high steer arms and all new Spicer ball joints. Also have freshly turned rotors and new calipers.
Ford radius arms and bushings for front suspension arms. Arm on passenger side needs to be wristed.
Rear is a custom trussed Ford 9" with all bracketry welded on. Comes with stock 31 spline shafts, new bearings and seals, freshly turned drums, 5:13 gears all set up with Daytona pinion support and Detroit locker. Both F&R axles are full width.
4 Brand new 37" radial IROK's on black steelies 5on 5.5 pattern. Tires have warranty.
Rear dual tri-linked suspension already designed and built. Rear is all 3/4" QA1 XM series heims. Custom crossmember welded in behind transfer case to mount new arms to. Arms and Ford 9" need paint. Wheelbase stretched 10" in rear.
Big Horn 15" coilovers for the rear fully charged and ready to go. Just need to weld top mounting tabs to cage and run coilovers up through fender wells.
Fuel tank is in tub and needs to be hooked up and fastened down to your liking.
RE 4-1/2" lift coils for front. This lift is designed for a low center of gravity.
Reinforced Tera Bellyup transfer case skidplate.
TBT oil pan skidplate installed.
Full Warn winch accessory kit including straps, clevices and various sized snatch blocks.
Spare assembled front Dana 44 shafts.
Uniden CB w/antenna and upgraded woven cabling. Antenna mount included.
This rig still has cold AC and hot heat.
Factory 7 speaker stereo system with console woofer.
Factory compass/temperature rearview mirror.
New rear PSC Crusher Corners installed with LED tail lights. Crusher corners are now cleanly competition cut for the 10" wheelbase stretch in rear.
Currie Antirock installed up front.
Have all paint needed to complete including custom canned body color paint from Sherwin Williams.
Monkeybars tubed doors.
Front CJ turn signals in grille.
No top or doors. I had planned on going with a black sail cloth top and soft doors for ease of removal and use.
Throw a TeraLow into the T-case and get new driveshafts and you're good to go. I've literally purchased many thousands of dollars in goodies for this rig. The Jeep was $23k new.
I have a printout of the suspension specs ran through the Pirate 4x4 suspension calculator. Everything was optimized to the Jeep parameters.
I'm probably forgetting some things, but come see for yourself. My loss is your gain. Older used TJ's with stock wheelbase and smaller lifts are running $15k.I need this thing gone and you'll be money ahead.
Will entertain toy related partial trades such as newer quads, motorcycles, muscle cars and such. No junk please. Here's a link to pics. Sorry; Jeep is pretty dusty in pics.

Sure am. I've been hit with the epidemic too. I'm calling it quits for a while. I've gotten in over my head on this project and as stated before; I'm not much of a fabricator. The few people I've contacted for help seem to be in the middle of projects themselves. I need my garage back. It kills me every day to see it just sitting there as I've thrown alot of money and time into the new build. :(

I wish it were that easy; Don. I sold the original axles and it sits here on jack stands. The stretch is pretty much completed, just needs welding and guidance. Barry stopped over last night and checked it out. He agreed it would be a steal for someone. I live for this $hit, but whatcha going to do?

Why don't you just drag it onto a trailer and bring it down to Nick's? If someone has a trailer, I have a truck and I'm sure we can get a few other guys to head up there and help load your junk up. Nick will put it on the lift, pull a magic lever, and <POOF>, it will be done.

Thanks for the generous offer; Mike. This is a project that I need to be actively involved in and it would be better to finish here at home.
It worries me when Nick pulls his lever. :D

I wish you were on the east side I hate to see anyone have to bail on a great rig , if I had the money I would but I can't afford 3 jeeps . I am not a fab professional but I would be glad to help you get it running if it was a little closer . My neighbors are used to hearing grinders running after midnight .

keep the jeep and keep the parts. your one of my favorite people to wheel with on this board. ill give you a hand gettin it back together and with what i know and we'll figure out the how to fix the rest. just wait.
remember when my jeep had just got stolen right after the gears let go, i wanted to throw in the towell but who told me to just stick it out? bet your sweet ***** it was you. and i dont regret it one bit.
just hang on for a bit and we'll get it fixed. besides, with turtles rig down, geno still workin on his, and if you sell yours, whats left of the original west side clown posse? its already hard enough to find good people to wheel with. then ill have to keep wheelin with that other board.
im off next week from wed to sunday, just hold out til then

Damn Jason!!! You brought a tear to my eye. :D You're absolutely right and I should follow my own advice. That's exactly why I stopped in to the good guys at Driven Auto Parts today. Randy's a good guy and I knew he could get me out of this slump. Little did I know that Ian and RPM have moved into Randy's business and there might just be hope. A buddy of mine has offered to help me get the rear of the Jeep situated so we can transport the Heep down to RPM for some trick frontend work. ;) I'm already seeing dollar signs!!! Time to check the budget and thanks for the offer of help Jason.

Bill;
over the many miles of wheeling; I still find myself thinking often about that run with you and others on the Draw. That was a great breakfast and a beautiful day. The Draw remains one of my favorite spots and it's always nice to wheel with someone who knows the area and it's history. ;) I'ts looking like I may be able to get this pig together with the help of friends and some prodding! :D I still have never ran the Cracks!

Don;
Thanks for the kind offer. Knowing you; we'll have a build sheet that will require Excell!!!:D We do need to do lunch though and talk turkey. You and I always seem to have great conversation.
After watching WEROCK this weekend; I'm pretty stoked about getting this thing done. Sometimes I often look at the project as a whole and get overwhelmed. I need to go day by day. The financial burden this hobbie places on us is one of the hardest things to overcome. Heck....come to think of it; the only hobbie that hasn't cost me alot of money is fishing!!!! Well, there was the time the darn squirrels at Woods Canyon ran off with my cookies and bait! :D
