Just got finished installing a 1" body lift from Daystar and 1" motor mount lift from J&S (they use an aluminum block under the existing MM). Started at 10am, and finished up a little after 6pm. In between I monitored my two sons working on a Nissan 4x4 pickup that we are fixing up together. Had to take time to show them how useful a pickle fork can be when breaking out worn out ball joint, and they kept taking the tool I needed next. Fun Day!
Only real problem was getting the 1" block in place on the driver's side. Took a little finagling with the jack on the engine to get the block in place. Test drove it to get the right front shocks for the truck, and all seems to be in good shape.
Now to save the pennies for the new tires and a tummy tuck belly pan.
