I have a cage I built a while back. It is currently in my 98 TJ... I am not sure if it will fit in a YJ or CJ, but maybe!

It uses the factory rear half of the cage and the rest is 1.25" Sch. 40. It has a rear spreader, seat cradle, windshield spreader and 3 spreaders overhead. The front pillars also go through the dash and tie all the way into the floor! I can e-mail better pix upon request or it can be seen near 107th Ave and Thomas in Avondale.

I liked this cage, however I bought another one and decided to go this route instead... Feel free to make me an offer as I just need to get rid of this... if anything else it will make someone some great scrap steel!

Final catch... the front pillars that tie into the floor will have to be sleeved and rewelded once installed in your Jeep. I have to cut the bottom legs off in order to get the cage out of my Jeep without pulling the dash off.

MAKE ME AN OFFER!

Will consider trades for: HP D30 install kit, HP D30 4.88 gears, Adj. front trac bar, 1 ton TRE's, Big heim joints for custom long arms, TJ gauge cluster that works! Maybe other stuff... let me know what ya got!

Turtle is this the one?? I saved it for future reference. No cash at the moment but at least i can toss up a pic. The only thing that looks to have changed is you added the rear spreader.

Dennis...

That would be the one! And yes, the rear spreader is the only thing I have added.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that I am not sure how this will work with a hard top or hard doors. When we made it, it was not built with those specifics in mind. All I ever run is a windjammer, bikini and half doors.

Dennis... if you are interested let me know... I can pull it out and we can work something out... I am just going to need it out of my yard soon!
