On Saturday, February 11, 2006, ten AzVJC members marched in the Wickenburg Parade. The staging area was just west of Wickenburg:

We lined up in the staging area, left to right, Rachel’s (Jeeppeepin) Green TJ Sahara, Roger’s (1Eagle) red YJ, Bill’s (WildCat455) Blue CJ (behind Roger’s YJ), Nick’s (Performance Off-Road) White XJ, Jaime’s (Wind_Danzer) Silver TJ, Geno’s (TripleXJ) Gray XJ, Jimmy’s (Calizona) Silver TJ, Lance’s (Lancet) Yellow TJ, Mark Barry’s (?) Green TJ and my (Russ Chung) Khaki TJ. Lee Alexander had planned to march in the parade with us, but he damaged a brake line on Friday night’s run, so he was busy repairing the damage.

As a result, we were positioned behind the Parker Jr. Rodeo Princess Raylee Hatch, who was parade entry #46:

There were a lot of parade viewers:

After the parade, we went to the Carnival to enjoy the fry bread and other goodies:

The weather was beautiful, and we had a great time at the parade.

Great pics of the parade Russ. ;)

Along the parade route, there were a series of announcers. They had big speakers and as we approached, they had very nice things to say about us :) . When it was announced that we do trail clean-ups, the croud would clap and chear us on. It was a great feeling. :)

The croud also loved it when we had an engine rev-ing contest :D
Bill with his BIG BLOCK  , Roger with the nice sounding 350, and me with a 4.0 straight piped (sounds like a John Deer with a monza tip) LMAO :D

This is the only pic I had of the parade :( , thanks for taking over Russ.
