So the d30 outer right bearings decided it was time for a burial...
Anyone has that used part??? I'd rather to get used since it will get d44s or something like that later on...
I need to get back on the road before Monday..school:eek:

You can have mine except i dunno If they are compatible. Mine are from a 74 cj, so they are way narrower than everything else on the road. Im replacing my existing axles with Scout II D44!!!!!!!!!:D :D :D :D .
I'll have it out tomorrow evening and you can just take the whole bloody ting with ya as payment. Im not sure if mine are any better than what you have, actually I dont even know if i have outers:confused: (i havnt had to replace them yet at least :D )but they have been serving me just fine  (if i have them). If interested Let me know

Well it was a thought anyways  , does that mean you wont take the d30 boat anchor off my hands. It wont fit in my console or i'd keep it as a trail spare

Geno, that sounds too..
I read that thread u posted...$75! I know that's what they go for new and again that's why I want used...the d30 isn't gonna stay on for long..still saving up....and there are plenty of d30s for that price...
Jeepboy, thanks again but maybe you can make a totem with them!

Really, new they go for 150 or if you do dealer crap, I believe it was 300 for one.
75 is a drop in the bucket unless you know something I don't know.

I also think 75 bones is a drop in the bucket if you need to be up and running by MONDAY.
Jamie, I have no idea where a new one could be had for $75
When I see complete D-30 stockers for $100 bucks, I will grab them, strip em out and give the housing away. This way I have cheap parts when I need them. I know axles break, and knuckles and hubs wear. ;)

I would say $75 is cheap, replaced the D30 front assembly on the wifes XJ last year before selling it, ran $180 for the parts at Checker. I would jump on the $75 if I had the opportunity back then.

Ya, the used ones at the Jeep Bone yard are around $75.
If you get up there today, you could fix it tonight and be able to make the parade on Saturday ;) Homework is for Sunday.....
