We are currently looking for full time positions. As far as realistic pay...the national average is $30k-40k. Our top performers make $75-100k...It just depends on the person and his or her willingness to succeed.

I've gota friend who sells cars here in the west valley at a ford dealership. he sells just over 300 year new and used. the fleet guy gets pissed because he sells multiple cars at a time and gets out sold by someone selling 1 at a time.

HAHA....Bad name???? Naaaaa.........

Yeah aprt time does not work in our business.....it would make for a tough paying second job unless you sold the customer you talked to right away which you have a 15% (national average) chance of doing so....

I close 20%-25% of walk ins..not appointments. I just pray they talked to a average or below average sales person before me!!!

Hell, I got tons of people to go on timeshare presentations over the phone and I didn't even know what I was selling hardly...Jeeps/all cars, I know like the back of my hand. I bet I could sell a Mercedes to a hobo and ven convince him it was meant to go off-road.
