Just trying to see if there is any interest in camping out over the New Years' weekend.

My wife and I would be in a slide-in truck camper so we can boondock anywhere. We are thinking of going friday evening or saturday morning and come back sunday evening or monday morning. Run trails saturday and sunday. We can tow the jeep and are thinking about Alamo Lake. They have nice campgrounds with hot showers. We have never run any trails in that area so would be exploring and welcome anyone but we will not do it alone.

Our other choice would be the rim area, Payson, Heber. Maybe some members from that area would like to wheel saturday or sunday, just post up if you can, ie: Antman, TC ??

We are running an 01 TJ with 4" RK X lift, 35s and air lockers, winch and strap and would like to stay at 4.0 and under trails.

We just want to get out of town for this holiday weekend so if anybody has any other ideas just post up.:D :D

Thom must still be out of town and no one else has posted up so my wife made the decision for us.(she always does, I let her ;) ) We are dragging the jeep up to the rim today, probably will leave around 3 PM and come back sunday evening or monday AM. Want to be home to watch the ND game. (go Irish:D )

Anyone who wants to come along or come up for any one day please PM me before 3 PM. Otherwise you might be able to reach me on cell at: 602-320-1431

Everybody have a safe, :D Happy New Year :D
