I have one of these that has a hinged top and grey carpeting on top. The hinge and the carpet were add ons from factory which makes it better. It had 4 small holes on the back of it as it held my amp.
Here are a few pics (yes, I'll clean it before you pick it up :D no the amp and tube are not included :rolleyes: ).

I do not have any hardware for it. It is supposed to use nutserts and a screw to hold it in the jeep but I used bolts and nuts instead where the nutserts go.
$50 bucks and it is yours. :)
