How bad can it be?? More power right?? As long as it's boosting the
horses, so I can whoop the riceboys!! You also might want to check
out the previous post on how to gain a lot of horsepower with the
exhaust mod.

I want to go to this run on Monday, I don't know if my Jeep will make
it. Anyone who has run it, please let me know what you think. I have
a 2" spacer lift with 30" swampers, never been out to Sycamore, but I
have done coves, broken arrow (devils staircase) and a few other
trails, I guess I'm wondering how bad a 3.5 is if you are only lifted
2" my tires are the same as 31s and I'm also discod. I am pretty good
at wheeling, so if it depends on the driver I can probably make
it. :) LOL Thanks!! -Rob

I guess, the answer is, get a bored throtle body and a header&cat
before going with the module. That's reasonable.

Not sure what run I am gonna do tomorrow, but I am camping out at table mesa and me and a couple of buddies were gonna do a run tomorrow..Me and the Zuki and another buddy with a huge YJ.. In anycase we won't do anything harder than terminator ( lower ) and nothing easier than raw deal.. Maybe do raw deal and then upper term.. Who knows.. But I would like to invite all who would like to do some 4wheeling.. Yet since I am not sure of the actual run, I will not use the azvjc trip text.. I want to meet at 9 am so hope to see some of you out there..let me know before 5 pm tonight who to expect ( if any, such short notice ) I plan on being out there at 6 pm tonight..

I'm thinking about doing the trail that goes to 4 peaks on Sunday. What I'm
wondering is, how far up the mountain does the trail go, and how exactly
does one get there. I believe I read that you can get there via the trails
around the coves also...

Can anyone tell me if the carrier has to come out to put a
lockright type locker into a D35? I've been told with gears
lower than 3.73, the shaft won't come out with the ring gear
in place. I have 4.10 gears. If it does have to come out, what
do I need to know before taking it out and putting it back?

With a D35 the shims are on the outside of the bearings so make sure you
mark which side the shims and bearing races go on so you can put them
back in the same position.

Hi all.....just dropped the tranny/tc to get it ready for the shop
and was wondering if it would be better to remove the t/c from the
adapter and leave tranny/adapter to the shop guys or remove the t/c
and adapter as a unit????.....this is the first time I've pulled one
by my lonesome and just wondered what the easiest/best way to do it
was.....it looks easier to disconnect the t/c and leave the adapter
since part of the linkage is connected to the adapter....thoughts,

I paid $1030 shipped to my door. I just spent the whole day welding and
cutting with the plasma in the garage. Using C02, man Its the first time I
weld and it was sooo easy!!

I have a guy who sell the cheapest in market, if interested email me in a
few days and ill reply from the office puter,

It goes up and over the Mazatzal range and drops down into Tonto Basin.
There's also a nice one way ridge rd that heads north from Lone Pine Saddle.

Are there any downsides to running 16" wheels vs 15" wheels?

I just got a Millermatic Challenger 172. It's a 220V, 170amp gas mig. I
have it set up for argon/co2 mix. If you want to swing by and check it out
you can since I'm only a few miles from you. You can buy it at Phoenix
Welding Supply (Mesa & Baseline) for $639 and that is the absolute best
price you will find. It lists for $777. I got a 122 cu ft gas tank and it
was $140 and $40 to fill it. It is a very powerful welder and I plan on
using it for fab work. Let me know if you want to check it out. Oh yeah,
it comes with the regulator (worth $64 and hose).

16" tires have less sidewall than 15" tires of the same outside
diameter, and they cost more. But they probably perform better on the
street than tires with big sidewalls.
For offroading, I'd rather have the extra cushion of the 15's.
