Might I suggest you simply start wheelin' with Scott? That way, if you blow a front shaft, you know where a replacement is! ;) I plan on doing this as soon as my current build up is finished! LOL

Jon,
Four Wheel Drive Hardware lists the parts in their catalog as follows:
Axleshaft assembly - Inner and outer axles, and ujoints preassembled. I think this is the way to go since a ujoint failure usually will mangle the yokes on the axles.
Drivers side - $119.95
Pass. side - $129.95
If you opt to go the easier trail fix which doesn't require you to remove the 36mm axle nut you'll need 2 new hubs which run $129.95 each. This way you remove the entire assembly with just 3 bolts that are 1/2" 12 point socket. This is what I carry. I haven't needed them yet...knock on wood.

When I installed my new coils I put my stock yellow ones back in. The ones I pulled out were extended length ones that I trimmed down to 3/4" longer than stock. You can have them and trim them to where you'd like. I'll be over at Joes on Saturday if you want to pick them up.

No special bracket.... you modifiy the one thats already there. The tbar
bolts through the stock mount..... but with a bigger bolt. You have to drill
the frame mount hole out to allow for the bigger bolt.
Right angle drill, sharp bit and cutting fluid!

Chris,
When I installed my new coils I put my stock yellow ones back in.

Stu,
The RE bar comes complete. No bracket needed, but you will need to drill out
the frame side mount hole to accept the heim bolt.

FWIW, the drilling is really easy if you've got a good drill bit. I
can't remember the size (I can look it up if you need it), but it
sure is a big one. Took me a while to find one. But, the Home Depot

Great idea, Stu. Scott, why don't you start a new club branch - TJ's with D30 fronts and 35" tires. That way I can leave my spare tire at home too. With your new springs, though, you will probably be going to 38's soon.
