Questions about Tip Top Mine

I'm thinking about trying to find Tip Top Mine this weekend. Has anyone been there recently? Is there anything I should know before I go? Anyone have links to pictures? Maps?

Ive been there 3 times .Last time about two years ago and took ten stock 4x4s from work. The trails to it are on the 7.5 topo maps the super easy route is the main road through gillette (table mesa,Rt fork,rt fork) and the fun route starts at the little rocky bowl on the right as you drive the road in the bushes across the river when you head to the lake(table mesa,left fork, left fork)
The fun route crosses boulder creek about ten times

It was doable in stock form at the time
