It is a 1973, but has newer carpet, curtains and counter tops. It has a fridge/freezer, microwave, AC, Onan Generator, overhead full bed, dinette folds down to a bed, and the rear couch folds out big enough for 2 adults. Everything works! I even have a spare roof AC that we can toss in. The AC on it works great now though. We have slept 6 people in it before, and it worked out great. It also has dual propane tanks. It has a ton of overhead cabinets for storage. The previous owner also installed a nice CD player with an amp and speakers in the front and back of the MH.
It has run great for us during the 2 years we have owned her. The tags are good thru Jan 2007. Has passed AZ emissions without any problems. Tires were brand new when we bought the MH, and have a warranty with Discount Tire.
The previous owner had 2 new fresh watertanks installed, I am not sure how much they hold. They worked great.It also has a working awning, it does have a small (4-6") tear where the door swung open and caught it. The exterior is in pretty good shape too!
I do know the vent cover is missing in the bathroom, but it has not caused any problems for us because the bathroom doubles as the shower area so it is waterproof. No roof leaks, or any other leaks for that matter.
This has been a great started MH for us! It would be perfect for 2 peeps or a small family. We have towed the buggy on an open trailer with out any issues. We have stored it in Glamis just because it is a little easier on the gas bill, and very convienent for us. We plan to bring it home for a great cleaning on Veteran's Day weekend.
Oh yeah, and it has a 360 Dodge motor. I think it has around 65K or so miles. We have only put about 3-4K on it since we have owned it. Right before we got it, I believe it had a tranny service and a few other things done.
